Course Description

This course teaches you to develop your understanding and ability to communicate effectively as a manager. You will learn about communication theory and models, how to ensure your communication is effective as possible and also all the different aspects of communication such as body language, ego states and methods of communication. You will also learn about how to eliminate or minimise barriers to communication plus more.
