The ILM Level 3 (A Level) in Leadership and Management is an accredited qualification (City and Guilds of London Institute) which is recognised and valued on a worldwide basis. 

The Level 3 in Leadership and Management is suited to middle managers who have people management responsibility or aspiring supervisors with little or no experience.
